Shipping policy

All orders (except orders including custom/personalization) are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders made after 6pm EST will begin processing time on the next business day. We do our best to get you your items in a timely manner.

Custom orders and personalized items have a longer turnaround time, currently about 5-20 business days depending on order. 
If ordering in-stock items with custom or personalized items, package will not ship until the custom/personalized item is completed within our turnaround time. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please order separately. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be potential delays due to USPS that are outside of our control. All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times depend on USPS timeline and option chosen for shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Customer is responsible for paying for shipping, aside from qualifying purchases. Customer is responsible for paying for shipping on all returns. If purchase requires freight shipping, customer will be responsible for additional fees.
